CE giant Samsung has announced that its fast-growing free ad-supported TV (FAST) and video-on-demand (AVOD) service Samsung TV Plus is expanding its slate of premium programming.


The new roster will sit with Samsung’s existing premium comprising nearly 300 channels and thousands of shows and films on-demand spanning news, sports and entertainment with availability across millions of US Samsung Smart TVs, Galaxy devices, smart monitors, family hub refrigerators, and the web.
Leading the slate is the Drew Barrymore Talk Show where the famous Hollywood actor in what is described as optimism TV, bringing information, inspiration, and entertainment to the daytime audience. Known worldwide for her brand of humour and positivity, Drew Barrymore her relatable point of view. It is also available on demand.
The programme Rachael sees Rachael Ray present simple solutions for everyday issues. With help from her content buddies and celebrity guests, the chef cooks up recipes for better living with household and style tips, quick and tasty meals, and creative, affordable ideas.
In entertainment, Medium sees suburban mom Allison DuBois (Patricia Arquette) attempt to balance family life with solving mysteries using her special gift. The dead send her visions of their deaths or other crimes while she sleeps. Also available on demand.
