Brightcove and Monterosa have signed an agreement to bring interactive video to media and sports organisations around the world.
The partnership offers a new way to enhance a video experience, providing audiences with real-time interactivity at scale.
By combining Brightcove's video platform with Monterosa Interaction Cloud, brands including ITV, Three UK and ProSiebenSat.1, will be able to serve their audiences with seamless live and on-demand interactive video experiences that deliver increased engagement, retention and monetisation.
With data pipelines connecting into existing warehouses and CRMs, organisations can take advantage of new opportunities to personalise content and marketing with rich first-party data.
Peter Cassidy, director of broadcast & OTT at Monterosa, said: “With so much competition, differentiating video experiences has become a top priority. Together, our platforms help to accelerate innovation, give audiences more ways to participate and increase core metrics. We’re excited by all of the possibilities this new partnership is generating.”
Added Lynn D. Tinney, vice president of global partners at Brightcove: “We are excited to partner with Monterosa to deliver a richer video experience for the end-user. Engaging and keeping your audience's attention with compelling content is challenging. This partnership helps sift through the noise and determine what’s resonating with your audience. We look forward to working together and enabling organisations globally to bring their videos to life as a fully interactive experience.”
