In the latest step of the branching out of the AVOD service in a key region, ViacomCBS-owned free global streaming television service Pluto TV is to expand to Brazil in December 2020.


The 24 new curated streaming channels will be broadcast in Portuguese and will be available on all mobile, web and connected TV streaming devices.
The channel line-up will include; Pluto TV Cine Sucessos, Pluto TV Cine Comédia, Pluto TV Cine Drama, Pluto TV Cine Terror, Pluto TV Séries, Pluto TV Retrô, MTV Pluto TV, Pluto TV Anime, Pluto TV Investiga, Pluto TV Natureza, Pluto TV Junior, Nick Jr. Club, Pluto TV Kids, and Nick Clássico. In addition, Pluto TV will offer a film library for Brazilian audiences, including Babel, Blue Jasmine, Underworld, The Big Wedding, Blue Valentine, Burnt, Mud, The Paperboy, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Snowpiercer Transporter 3 Star Trek films.
In Latin America, Pluto TV currently features 46 live and original channels and thousands of on-demand movies in partnership with major TV networks, movie studios, publishers, and digital media companies, from all genres and for all ages. Globally, Pluto TV claims to reache 33 million monthly active users. To date, Pluto TV in Latin America has signed on Liverpool store in Mexico , DirecTV, Movistar, Telecom, Unilever, Rappi, Mondelez and Mercado Libre as advertising partners for the streaming service.
