As its services are added to its partner’s subscriber propositions, and in a bid to bring the multi-platform sports offer to more European fans, Discovery has announced a strategic agreement with Vodafone Spain to incorporate Eurosport Player to Vodafone TV.

The operator will become the first company in the Spanish market to integrate Eurosport’s app into its TV experience with Eurosport Player will be available on the big screen via set-top box and multiscreen from any device.

Customers with Vodafone TV's Sport pack, which already includes the Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 TV channels, will have access to Eurosport Player at no additional cost. Eurosport presents live coverage and all the stories, for some of the biggest sporting events in the world, including Roland-Garros, US Open and Australian Open tennis, the Grand Tours featuring the Tour de France and La Vuelta, and major motor racing events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Eurosport is Home of the Olympic Games in Europe, with exclusive rights to screen every minute of the Games on its digital platforms for Tokyo 2020, Beijing 2022 and Paris 2024.
