Rights management firm RSG Media has revealed that each of the four major US sports leagues is now live on its platform, joining over 2,000 companies that use the company to streamline brand licensing and process more than $2 billion in royalties annually.

RSG says that the deal cements RSG Media as the leading rights platform in the $31 billion sports licensing market that it notes is expected to grow to $48 billion by 2024.

RSG’s rights software is engineered to give brand licensing teams what is claimed to be “unique” visibility into their markets, sales, and new opportunities, with detailed reporting and analytics. Finance and accounting departments can use the automated royalty calculations and processing to ensure collections, and what is said to be a faster, more accurate accounting close. RSG adds that its system can also reduce the burden on legal departments, reducing infringement and boosting compliance.
