Expanding its international operations to serve Latin America and the EMEA region, pay-TV solutions provider Oregan Networks has revealed the acquisition in September 2019 of the assets of TV technology and services provider Zenterio AB.

zenterio 7Nov2017For the last three years Zenterio has focused on being a full-service provider of technology, value added services and consultancy for the TV industry with solutions based on its independent software platform for interactive TV, Zenterio OS.

 The acquisition sees Oregan gain and then assimilate Zenterio’s engineering and delivery teams located in Linköping, Sweden and Guadalajara, Mexico.
Oregan sees the purchase as boosting its ability to scale its multiscreen platform innovation and project delivery capabilities, as well as enabling the company to offer support continuity for Zenterio’s existing customer deployments.
