The world’s largest mobile data network operator, Jio, has revealed that it is to use Guavus artificial intelligence-powered analytics solutions to deliver an improved customer experience and gain intelligent automation.

Jio guavus 22Aug2019Jio boasts more than 300 million subscribers and has created a completely digital experience for its users in its portfolio which includes media offerings such as on-demand films, animation, series and short films delivered on a mobile basis. 

Thales-owned Guavus’s AI-based solutions will see use in providing real-time customer experience analytics, predictive analytics to automate network troubleshooting, and key marketing insights to Jio.

“Our networks generate 4 to 5 petabytes of data each day. If this data can be properly analysed in real-time using big data analytics and predictive analytics techniques, we can both improve the health of our network through intelligent automation and offer multiple, customised personal services to our customers,” noted Reliance Jio president of IT Anish Shah. “Guavus’s solutions enable us to do this – we can make data-driven decisions that allow us to deliver a great experience to our customers while bringing intelligent automation to our operations.”
