Given an Apple TV 4K device, EE customers will be able to access TV shows and movies through the Apple TV app and by using Siri, through one device built for the biggest screen in the home. With Apple TV 4K, customers can enjoy a range of live and on-demand video apps, including BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, Netflix, Prime Video, NOW TV and YouTube. The Apple TV app offers Apple TV channels, personalised recommendations and over 100,000 iTunes films and TV shows, including what is claimed to be the largest collection of 4K HDR titles to browse, buy or rent. In autumn 2019, the app will offer Apple TV+, Apple’s original video subscription service.

Additionally, customers will receive inclusive access to BT Sport, which allows them to watch the sports such as UEFA Champions League football, the Europa League, English Premier League football, WWE, cricket, tennis, MotoGP rugby union, and UFC.

“We’re giving customers the TV, film and sport they love in the best quality on Apple TV 4K,” said Marc Allera, CEO of BT’s Consumer division. “By combining Apple TV 4K and BT Sport with EE’s award-winning unlimited home broadband, we’re able to provide our customers with a premium TV service that not only provides great value for money, but a great experience at home, as well as on the go.”
