MagentaTV accedo 3June2019Magenta TV offers a live and VOD video experience, giving subscribers access to 75 channels, 45 of which are in high definition. Users can also fine tune their preferences and settings in-app to get a personalised experience. The service was developed using the Accedo One application platform from designed to support video application deployment across multiple devices.

The service also uses Accedo One for real-time app configuration and content management. Magenta TV is a great example of an innovative move by a pay-TV operator to deliver a pure over-the-top (OTT) experience for its subscribers,” commented Accedo CEO Michael Lantz. “We think that Deutsche Telekom continues to be at the forefront of video innovation and we’re thrilled to be working with them to deliver true value to German video consumers.”
