SonyLIV is adding The Q India’s linear stream of digital first content to its video-on-demand (VOD) platform, after an agreement with QYou Media.

India is expected to become the second largest video-viewing audience globally according to the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, with the growth of Internet users estimated to reach 829 million by 2021.The digital video market in India is growing at a rapid pace and is expected to exceed 500 million by the year 2020, according to SonyLIV and Social Samosa.
