Sinclair Broadcast Group has tapped global video app developer 24i Media for technology to customise and repurpose the user interface of its  STIRR streaming service.

stirr 17jan2019Live since January 2019, STIRR offers national news, sports, entertainment, local news and other content available on a variety of mobile and connected TV device platforms in the US.

24i’s SmartTemplate solution and proprietary AppCore technology platform is designed to facilitate customisation and UI repurposing, offering scalability and a template-based approach across a number of connected devices and enhancements at any time. 24i and Sinclair worked together to ensure consistency of the STIRR branding across Apple TV, Android, FireTV, Roku and iOS.
