Transatlantic premium content distributor Blue Ant International has announced at NATPE 2019 its latest round of international sales comprising new original and acquired programming from its key tent-pole categories.

BlueAnt Prison 22Jan2019The slate includes high impact documentaries, factual entertainment, specialist factual, kids and family content and scripted programmes.

Among the highlights of the new slate was a sale for Architect Films’ Lakefront Luxury (Season 1; 10x30’) by national US television network, Bravo (US), the leading cable network among female viewers in the US market. The ten-part series presents stunning views, gorgeous waterfronts and serene sunsets giving viewers a tour of properties with unlimited budgets and endless wish-lists as each episode introduces luxurious homes that go beyond one’s wildest dreams.

Also part the new package is documentary Prison (3x60’), by director, Paddy Wivell, is a three-part docu-series produced by Spring Films which offers a glimpse behind bars in England. Debuted by Blue Ant International at MIPCOM 2018, the series has been acquired by WELT (formerly N24 in Germany), TV2 (Norway), VRT (Belgium) RTL (Netherlands) and TV2 (Denmark).

Megalomedia-produced UFOs: The Lost Evidence (6×60’;HD) has been licensed to Discovery to air on its channels in the UK, MENA, Asia-Pacific, Italy, German-speaking Europe, Iberia and Poland. The series tells the chilling accounts of current and former government officials, pilots, astronauts and astrophysicists revealing new evidence of UFO contact ranging from deep space to our deep seas.
