Viewing stats released by Univision has shown the channel as having outperformed one or more of top English-language US broadcasters — ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX – on five of seven nights among adults 18-34 and for the second straight week.

univision 22 nov 2 18Univision began 2019 as the fifth most-watched broadcast network in primetime for the entire week, with double-digit week-over-week audience growth among total viewers 2+ (+23% to 1.4 million), adults 18-49 (+25% to 547,000) and adults 18-34 (+38% to 234,000).

For the second consecutive week, Univision outperformed one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on five out of seven nights among Adults 18-34. Univision also ranked as the leading Spanish-language network during primetime with double-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among total viewers 2+ (+50% adv.), adults 18-49 (+37% adv.) and adults 18-34 (+35% adv.). This marked the 10th consecutive week that Univision occupied the top-ranked Spanish-language network position with Total viewers 2+.

From Monday to Friday, Univision increased its primetime audience from the prior week among total viewers 2+ (+20% to 1.4 million), Adults 18-49 (+23% to 575,000) and Adults 18-34 (+40% to 254,000).
