Content provider SPI International is to expand the reach of its linear channels after it announced a partnership with emerging markets entertainment service iflix.

“We are proud to include six of our channels to iflix’s unlimited access platform. SPI believes that this carriage deal fits the new markets and platforms appearing today in order to cater to the company’s younger audience,” remarked Murat Muratoglu, SPI’s head of distribution for MENA, Turkey, APAC, Russia and CIS, Baltics, Bulgaria and Ex-Yugo.
