OSN is to broadcast and live stream a two-hour special Discovery LIVE: Into The Blue Hole across the Middle East on 2 December.

Discovery Live Into the Blue Hole 30 November 2018Working with UAE partner du and its broadcast facility Samacom, cloud technology will deliver the event which will take viewers on an adventure to explore the world’s largest submerged sink hole.

No one has investigated the sink hole since 1970, when legendary oceanographer Jacques Cousteau dived inside the 412-foot deep and 984-foot wide Blue Hole, located 46 miles off the coast of Belize. This time, the onboard exploration team comprise explorer Fabien Cousteau, grandson of Jacques Cousteau; businessman Richard Branson and Erika Bergman, the Stingray 5000-manned submersible’s pilot.
