Claiming to offer the most advanced product of its kind, Three UK is giving its mobile customers exclusive access to the new netgem.tv service with recommendation across live channels, Freeview Play catch-up and the UK’s principle on-demand services.

netgem three 21Nov2018The latter are accessible via a personalised mobile app or on large screens in the home via the latest NetBox 4K Freeview Play and cast-enabled media streamer. The move marks the expansion of netgem.tv to an advanced multiscreen TV service, with a complete Internet TV service now available on the NetBox 4K and with a mobile app offering a personal TV remote control. “Designed for the mobile generation,” said Netgem.

The special deal will be available via Three’s Wuntu loyalty app which offers Three UK customers a better than half price deal on the NetBox 4K device bundled with the netgem.tv service.

The proposition was designed by netgem.tv who described it as “disruptive” and intended to address the modern UK consumer trend for accessing favourite TV content via the Internet and with mobile phones.

We recognise that modern TV viewer increasingly turn to their mobile devices for access to their favourite shows, streamed live or on-demand at the touch of a button.
