OpenVault has entered the Latin American market with the finalisation of a multi-stage trial for Ecuador’s largest cable operator, Grupo TVCable.

Using OpenVault’s cloud-based tools, Grupo TVCable is gaining better real-time visibility into its network to optimise capacity and provide the most responsive services to as many users as possible.

OpenVault’s Operations & Analytics module is enabling Grupo TVCable to discern subscriber usage patterns and respond with more intuitive packages. OpenVault’s Policy Manager tool is positioning Grupo TVCable to improve management of network congestion in real-time, reducing strain on network infrastructure and enhancing the overall user experience.
