Arqiva has selected 3 Screen Solutions (3SS) to develop a bespoke customer portal, which will be dubbed Arqiva InSite.

3SS designed and developed Arqiva InSite based on its 3PRIME solution, which encompasses initial consulting and requirements, custom design and development, architecture and engineering.

The portal enables Arqiva customers to see data on platforms and products from across the Arqiva business along with relevant third-party information. It mines and curates data from across the global Arqiva resource base.

With the help of 3SS, Arqiva InSite’s user-friendly dashboards, schedules and asset status reports keep all Arqiva customers up to date on key performance and availability metrics, 24/7. It also informs users of Arqiva’s cross-portfolio capabilities and offerings.
