Promising bigger than ever before coverage on all platforms pan-European sports channel Eurosport has set out its plans for the cycling world’s iconic and biggest event, the Tour de France.

tourdefrance 6july2018Every stage from start to finish, more than 100 hours of live content, will be broadcast on all Eurosport platforms, including 25 hours of exclusive content across most of Europe, and an enhanced digital offering will underpin Eurosport’s coverage of the 105th Tour de France.

Coverage will be available in its entirety on Eurosport TV and online via eurosport.com,  the integrated Eurosport app and the Eurosport Player which will include six additional live camera streams; five motorbike cameras following every move in the peloton, plus a finish line feed. Viewers can also enjoy uninterrupted and advertising free coverage, exclusive Tour de France programming and full catch-up service of every stage.

In 2018 Eurosport will produce more local coverage of the Tour de France than ever before with fans in France, Germany, Sweden, UK and, for the very first time, Poland, receiving dedicated local production of the race and International coverage available in a further 49 markets across Europe.
