LA/Paris-based producer and distributor Prime Entertainment Group has inked two major renewal deals with Viacom Italy and C-More entertainment for new episode of its Close Up documentary series.

Prime closeup 10JUne2018JThe Close Up series comprises 91 existing and 13 new 26’ episodes providing portraits of Hollywood stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, Penelope Cruz, Edward Norton, Tom Hardy and many more.

C More Entertainment claims to be the leading premium provider of movies, series and sports in Scandinavia and along with TV4 Group, Company News and MTV in Finland is part of Bonnier Broadcasting which has been in discussion with Scandinavian telco Telia regarding a potential acquisition.  The Scandinavian company has signed up for a package deal for the whole Close Up series and the show will be aired in the Nordic territories including Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway this summer.

The series was also recently renewed by Viacom International Networks  who took 50 episodes to be aired on its Paramount channel in Italy in June.
