South Asian digital platform YuppTV is adding children’s entertainment to its live and on-demand TV content offering following a tie-up with Indian animation company Cosmos-Maya.

WowKidz on YuppTV 30 April 2018Cosmos-Maya’s digital channel bouquet WowKidz, including popular shows Motu Patlu, Vir – the Robot Boy, Chacha Bhatija, Eema Meena Deeka and Kinsa, will be available on YuppTV from the end of April. The over-the-top (OTT) video platform will offer the kids’ content in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Founded by Indian filmmakers Ketan Mehta and Deepa Sahi, Cosmos-Maya has attracted 4 million active subscribers and over 4 billion cumulative views since it launched WowKidz on YouTube in 2016.
