Mountain View-based provider of live IP video solutions, TVU Networks, has appointed industry veteran David Jorba as executive vice president and managing director of Europe.
In his new role, he will lead TVU's European operations from its regional base in Barcelona and provide a local presence in all major European markets."As part of our commitment to TVU's customers in the European market, we've built a significant presence to better accommodate our growing regional customer base. David brings years of industry expertise to TVU, having held senior leadership roles in the broadcast industry prior to joining TVU," said Paul Shen, CEO of TVU Networks.
Before joining TVU Networks, Jorba held a variety of senior positions during 16 years at Vizrt, most recently being the president and managing director at Vizrt Americas.
