Merging its corporate and digital units, leading Spanish broadcaster has launched Secuoya Nexus, targeting branded virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), social media and online video content.

secuoya nexus 21 feb 2018Through a B2B and B2C marketing service, Secuoya Nexus aims to create customised commercial products for advertisers. The branded ad content will be mainly designed for social media and online video environments, taking a step into virtual and augmented reality production.

The newly-created business unit will comprise 36 professionals who will provide various solutions such as design of VR, AR immersive experiences, 360° video, digital marketing planning, branded and transmedia content strategy, audiovisual production for TV and online platforms, and monetisation and management of digital content.

“The key is understanding the specific needs of each client, analysing the different ways of connecting to the audience, creating valuable content and managing to maximise ROI,” said Eduardo Basarte, head of Secuoya Nexus.

On an institutional level, Secuoya Nexus has entered the international Branded Content Marketing Association (BCMA), which has local offices in Spain, the US, the UK, South America, Scandinavia, Russia, Middle East and North Africa, and South Africa.
