Sony UK has announced two new models, the WF66 and RF45, that will join its products in 2018, thus making it, claimed the company, the only TV manufacturer offering the benefits of high dynamic range in its full HD range.

SonyHD 16Feb2018The WF66 and RF45 are said to be the optimum platforms for enjoying games on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro consoles in HDR quality whilst the WF66 can also access HDR TV shows and films through popular screening apps through built-in access to Netflix and YouTube apps.

Sony adds that the viewing experience is further enhanced by the incorporation of Sony’s X-Reality PRO processor on both models that it says provides ‘stunning detail’ using a reality creation database algorithm with TV broadcasts and online video while ClearAudio+ automatically adjusts sound settings for an enriching listening experience.
