The FOX-owned, Latin American network Nat Geo Kids is to premiere two animated series produced by NBC Universal.

zafari nat geo 12 january 2018With the new the shows - Buzzu in the Intergalactic School and Zafari - Nat Geo Kids, which launched 1 July 2017 replacing Mundo Max, continues expanding its line-up.

“NBC Universal productions add value to our programming as they foster values like friendship and self-improvement with Buzzu in the Intergalactic School, and social inclusion and respect for the differences with Zafari,” said Diego Reck, EVP, National Geographic Partners, Latin America.

The pay-TV network will premiere Buzzu on 15 January, while Zafari will start airing in February.

The channel targets five to seven-year-olds through four programming verticals (exploration, science, adventure and environment) mostly formed by original and local content.
