Adding to its arts programming slate for both its linear service and its newly launched Ovation NOW app, Ovation has acquired fashion documentary Inside Dior from Cineflix Rights, the sales and acquisitions division of Cineflix Media.

inside dior 21 nov 2017Included in the licensing agreement is documentary series Style Factory. “We are pleased to present two excellent programmes that take a closer look at the artistic world of fashion,” said Scott Woodward, EVP, programming, Ovation. “We are always looking for quality content that fits our mission statement of inspiring and elevating viewers’ experience through the world of art. Inside Dior and Style Factory will be great additions to the Ovation brand.”

Inside Dior (2017) gives viewers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the billion-dollar luxury empire, which spans clothes, handbags, make-up and perfume. Marking the fashion house’s 70th anniversary, this two-part documentary reveals its past and present, meeting well-heeled clients and celebrities and introducing the geniuses behind the fashion, including Dior’s first-ever female creative director.

Style Factory (2016) offers a behind-the-scenes look at how fashion and beauty products are made—with fashionistas and company insiders weighing in at every step.
