Diagnal is to launch its ENGAGE solution at IBC 2017, enabling operators to automate innovative social media and direct communication marketing campaigns.

The solution uses data and behavioural analytics to create and manage real-time targeted marketing campaigns using direct communications and social media networks.

Functionality includes: management, delivery and reporting of targeted acquisition ad campaigns; personalised user on-boarding; customer engagement; driving referrals through social media and key insights delivered through intelligently designed user configurable dashboards.

“Internet TV operators are in a tough place – they have to grow fast to stay alive in an incredibly competitive environment,” said Reuben Verghese, Diagnal CEO.
