“We are pleased to continue to offer Crackle premium content to Mexican audiences under a subscription-based model (SVOD), and through a platform designed for pay-TV operators,” said José Antonio Hidalgo, VP and GM of Sony Pictures Television Networks, Mexico.

“The Dish OTT platform continues to strengthen with the best content from different distributors. This time we have added Crackle and some of Sony’s best-quality content,” added Benjamín Ramírez, director of marketing, Dish Mexico.

Through this partnership, Sony continues to gain allies for Crackle’s Latin American expansion. In Mexico, the platform will compete in the region's strongest SVOD market, which has 7.4 million subscribers.
