US over-the-top (OTT) service Sling TV has added History en Español to its streaming and video-on-demand (VOD) line-up.

sling television 19 may 2017The platform will add the network’s content to its Best of Spanish TV service, bringing subscribers popular History programmes in Spanish, 24/7 at no extra cost. History en Español will also include VOD titles and allow viewers to catch-up with linear content that aired up to three days prior.

Signature History channel programmes, like Pawn Stars and Counting Cars, along with Spanish-language docuseries highlighting Latino roots and culture across the US are now delivered through Sling TV.

“Committed to giving Sling Latino customers choice and variety in their TV experience, History en Español rounds out an already robust Spanish-language offering,” said Jose Romero, general manager, Spanish-language marketing, Sling TV.

Sling TV’s Best of Spanish TV service can be subscribed on a standalone basis ($10 per month) or added to the Sling Orange and Sling Blue subscriptions for $5 per month.
