Live and on-demand online video platform technology provider NeuLion has announced the availability of its ACE Analytics platform.

neulion analytics 19 April 2017Available to customers who have licensed the NeuLion Digital Platform, the analytics solution uses over-the-top (OTT) real-time consumer watch data and user data as content is delivered to Internet-connected devices. NeuLion says that by using its technology, content and rights owners can answered questions in real-time such as what are the most effective and profitable marketing channels and campaigns; who are the most valuable customers and how to find more of them; who is likely to cancel and how to keep them; and how to convert customers from free to paid platforms.

Such information is presented in a dashboard that offers customer lifecycle tracking; registration and order management, multiscreen usage, plus revenue tracking and churn trending, customer support and trial marketing customer file management; campaign management, attribution; video consumption measuring and monitoring. It also provides a marketing interface to build custom views.
