Bolivian electronic retailer chain Dismac is to distribute Tigo’s triple-play packages along with its telecom products.

tigo star boliviaThrough this partnership, Dismac’s shops will have a Tigo-dedicated space, and subscription to Millicom’s packages, including cable TV, Internet and mobile telecoms, will be facilitated. The agreement will begin in the cities of La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, later expanding across the South American country.

“Combining products and services from different companies into a single package for customers is an international trend. We’re happy to be pioneering in Bolivia,” said Nadia Eid, communication manger, Tigo Bolivia.

Dismac’s clients will have access to Tigo’s entire convergent portfolio, which includes several pay-TV options, and over-the-top (OTT) access to services like Netflix or Tigo Play.

“This partnership enables Tigo to find a new way to reach out customers and to offer our services to potential clients. We have prepared several innovative experiences for carrying inside Dismac’s shops,” added Nadia Eid.
