For the first time ever, a pay-per-view blockbuster world championship fight will be seen in space, as Showtime Sports and HBO Sports have partnered with NASA.

The premium networks has released the welterweight title unification bout won by Floyd 'Money' Mayweather against Manny 'PacMan' Pacquiao to the United States astronaut crew on the International Space Station.

At the request of the ISS, the "fight of the century" was packaged and delivered for the crew to watch at their leisure.

The pay-per-view telecast was co-produced and co-distributed by HBO and Showtime on Saturday 2 May live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
