Prime Entertainment Group aims to strengthen its position in the Iberian market, following distribution agreements with Portugal's Cinemundo and Dreamia.

The Cinemundo channels were recently launched in Portugal by the former CEO of Lusomundo Audiovisuais, Miguel Chambel. The company has bought 132 episodes of Zoom In and 80 episodes of Hollywood's Best Film Directors.

Dreamia, a joint venture between NOS and AMC Networks International Iberia, will air 52 episodes of Hollywood News Feed and 52 of Zoom In.

“We are so glad to have completed these two deals and strengthened our presence in the Portuguese audiovisual market,” said David Freydt, managing director of Prime Entertainment Group.

“Buyers know that they can find all kind of programmes in our catalogue, including thousands of cinema-related episodes.”
