Euronews licenses news content to Megogo.net

International news channel Euronews has signed a licence agreement with Ukrainian Internet-based VOD platform Megogo.net.

Since 13 March Euronews content has been available on Megogo.net which is available in 15 former Soviet countries, including Russia, Ukraine and the Baltics.

Megogo.net presents the latest Euronews stories with separate videos, helping users to navigate through the subjects and pick ones most relevant to them.

Licensing the Euronews content is expected to help expand Megogo's audiences in the region. Founded in November 2011, Megogo is the very first legal online VOD platform covering 15 countries of former Soviet Union. The service is available on virtually all digital platforms including PC, iOS, Android, Windows 8, smart TVs and set-top boxes with the necessary software.

It provides a vast catalogue of multi-genre content which includes more than 20 000 titles, available in Russian, and reaches over 20 million people each month.
