Discovery HD Showcase kicks off in France

Discovery Networks has announced the exclusive launch on CanalSat on January 26 of new channel Discovery HD Showcase.

The channel will offer in HD-produced quality the best shows from the Discovery Group as well as content exclusive to the channel. These include series such as Globe Riders, as well as key programming from Discovery Science, Discovery World, Discovery Turbo and Animal Planet, all channels that do not operate in France.

Discovery HD Showcase will be available to dish and IPTV viewers subscribing to the CanalSat HD offer.
