German travel channel sonnenklar.TV will in future offer its programmes only in digital via Astra (19.2° East), with analogue distribution to be relinquished from January 1 2010, according to an announcement on the channel’s website.
The 24-hour service is also available on cable networks as well as live stream via internet at www.sonnenklar.tv. Additionally, sonnenklar.TV can be received as a programme window on the channels 9Live, Das Vierte and augsburg.tv.
The channel, which sells travel arrangements, is backed by travel organiser BigXtra, a subsidiary of tourism company FTI.
