Portuguese pay TV operator Cabovisâo has big expectations over the future of its HDTV offering. The operator, controlled by Canadian company Cogeco Cable, plans to launch up to 20 HDTV channels in the next few months including sports, cinema, reports and music.
Cabovisâo will also implement an advanced technological network offering internet at 100 Mbps, competitive prices, an increasing number of SD channels and VOD content. The company also plans strong investments to its customer support service.
Cabovisâo will also take part in the New Generation Networks by offering services in the interior parts of the country.
