TV Record launches in France

Brazil’s second largest television network and one of the world’s biggest Portuguese-language TV operators has just launched on France’s Orange TV platform.
One of eight new channels for Orange’s IPTV service, TV Record brings
its mix of movies, news, sport and entertainment, including top US
series such as House, CSI and Monk. TV Record also features a selection
of popular Portuguese-language telenovelas.
Also launched on Orange’s Portuguese-language bouquet, is TV Record
News, Brazil’s first 24-hour terrestrial television news service.
Founded in 1953, TV Record is Brazil’s longest running television
network and is now the leading Portuguese-language entertainment and
news service in Europe. With 1.2m new Orange TV consumers, TV Record
now reaches more than 26m homes across Europe.
In France, TV Record and TV Record News are also carried on Groupe Neuf Cegetel.
